She’s the Boss: Motherhood & Mental Health

Sunday, November 15, 2026 | 3:00 PM

Motherhood is beautiful. And hard. And complicated. And sometimes all of those things at once.

Join us for She’s the Boss: Motherhood & Mental Health, an intimate afternoon centered around the mental and emotional realities of motherhood…the expectations we carry, the changes in our relationships and identities, the pressure to do it all, and the things we don’t always say out loud.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jessi Lyn McKenna-Popovic, LMHC, LPC, owner of Westchester Mental Health Counseling Studio, who will guide an honest and meaningful conversation about motherhood and mental health, with plenty of room for questions, connection, and real conversation.

We’ll gather at Hopewell Creative Space for an afternoon together, with light bites (Grazed Anatomy!) and refreshments generously sponsored by Kate Saso, Motherhood & ADHD Content Creator, and Ellen Reis of Parenting Touch.

Come as you are. Leave the expectations at the door. This afternoon is about making a little space for you.

COME EARLY + DO SOMETHING FOR YOU

Doors open at 2:00 PM!

Before our Motherhood & Mental Health conversation begins at 3:00 PM, we’re making a little extra room for something fun. We’ll have optional pop-up services available for anyone who wants to come early and treat herself.

These services are not included with your admission ticket and must be booked separately with each provider.

PERMANENT JEWELRY WITH NOLITA BOUTIQUE

Veronica Galucci, owner of NOLITA BOUTIQUE, is popping up at the event! Ticket holders will receive 15% OFF their permanent jewelry purchase. Choose something just for you…a little vow to yourself and a permanent reminder that taking care of yourself deserves a place on the list, too.

To make an appointment, contact Veronica directly at hello@shopnolitaboutique.com

WAXING! YES, WE SAID WAXING!

Dariel Centro, local hairstylist and full-body waxing specialist, will also be popping up in a private room at Hopewell Creative Space.

She’ll be offering full-body waxing services exclusively for our guests, and anyone who books during the event will receive 15% OFF EACH waxing service booked.

To book an appointment or learn more about available services, contact Dariel directly at (845) 863-3357.

YOUR TICKET INCLUDES…

Admission to the Motherhood & Mental Health conversation with Jessi Lyn McKenna-Popovic, LMHC, LPC, light bites from Grazed Anatomy, refreshments, time for questions and conversation, and an afternoon of connection with other women who understand that motherhood can be wonderful, overwhelming, messy, joyful, exhausting, and everything in between.

Doors Open: 2:00 PM for Optional Pop-Ups
Main Event Begins: 3:00 PM

Space is intentionally limited to keep this gathering intimate, comfortable, and conversational.
