Hopewell Creative Space is a 2,200-square-foot professional creative studio in Hopewell Junction, NY, designed for photographers, content creators, filmmakers, educators, entrepreneurs, and other creative professionals. The space features a white cyc wall, abundant natural light, professional studio equipment, a private dressing room, flex room, lobby/waiting area, kitchen, and private bathroom.

Hopewell Creative Space is located at 1 Four Corners Blvd., Suite 5 in Hopewell Junction, New York—in the heart of the Hudson Valley.

The studio is available to photographers, filmmakers, content creators, brands, entrepreneurs, educators, and other creative professionals. You do not need to be a member of the HCS Collective to book the space.

Yes. A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required to book and use Hopewell Creative Space. Your COI must meet the requirements outlined during booking and in the studio Terms & Conditions.

Studio rentals begin at $125/hour, with half-day and full-day rental options available for longer sessions and productions. Current pricing and availability can be found on the Book the Space page.

The HCS Collective is the monthly membership community at Hopewell Creative Space. For $249/month, members receive three studio hours each month, discounted additional studio time, complimentary access to studio equipment, 50% off workshops and classes taught by Louisa Vilardi at HCS, quarterly Branding & Content Swaps, early access to special events, and more.

No. Membership is billed monthly with no long-term contract. A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel.

HCS Collective members may book additional studio time for $75/hour, a $50/hour savings from the regular $125/hour rate.

No. Included studio hours expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.

Your rental provides private access to the studio and its amenities during your reserved time. There is a $100 fee for non-members to access any equipment and lighting. Access to equipment and lighting is reserved solely at no additional cost to the HCS Collective Members.

Yes. Your reserved time includes all load-in, setup, shooting, breakdown, cleanup, and load-out. Please book enough time to complete your entire production within your reservation.

Non-members may have access to lighting and equipment for an extra $100 fee per session. Professional studio lighting and equipment access is included in the HCS Collective Membership.

Yes. The studio features multiple windows and beautiful natural light throughout the space. Professional lighting is also available for an extra fee (free for HCS Collective members) when you need more control over your setup.

A cyc, or cyclorama wall, is a seamless curved wall designed to create the appearance of an infinite background. Hopewell Creative Space features a large white cyc wall ideal for photography, video, branding, and commercial productions.

Yes. To keep the cyc wall in excellent condition for everyone, specific care and usage policies apply. Please do not step on the curved portion of the cyc wall. Additional cleaning, repainting, or repair fees may apply when necessary. Complete cyc wall policies are included in the studio Terms & Conditions.

Yes. The studio includes a private dressing room so clients and talent have a dedicated space to change and prepare.

Yes. Hopewell Creative Space includes a kitchen and private bathroom, along with a lobby/waiting area and additional flex room for creative use.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own lighting, equipment, props, backdrops, furniture, and other production materials, provided they comply with studio policies and do not damage the space.

Yes, certain furniture and studio items may be moved to accommodate your shoot. Everything must be returned to its original location before your reservation ends. Some fixtures and equipment may not be moved.

Yes. A Bluetooth speaker is available and music is welcome at a reasonable volume. We ask that everyone using the studio remain respectful of the building and surrounding businesses.

Yes. Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas. Renters are responsible for cleaning up and removing all food, beverages, and trash at the end of their reservation. Any restrictions for productions involving food are covered in the studio policies.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the type of booking. The policy applicable to your reservation will be provided during booking and is included in the Terms & Conditions.

Additional time may be available if there is no booking immediately following yours. Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved. We recommend booking enough time upfront for setup, shooting, breakdown, and load-out.
